What the figures look like in practice
Your first deposit, explained
A first deposit is the whole cost picture at once: the sum you send, the spread applied on conversion, and nothing further unless you choose to invest more. There's no monthly account fee and no charge simply for holding a balance.
What happens that same day
Your balance appears once the payment clears, and your analyst walks through the plan before anything is placed. Nothing moves automatically without your say-so.
Withdrawals and their costs
Withdrawals return to the payment method the funds arrived from — this is a requirement, not a preference, and it's what keeps the account yours alone. We charge nothing to process it; any deduction you see comes from your own bank or card provider.
Timing to plan around
Requests made on a working day are reviewed that same day. Card returns usually settle within three to five working days, bank transfers within two.
